About the role

The Head of Human Resources is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies that support the overall business objectives of the organization. This position oversees all aspects of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor regulations. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and to make informed decisions that enhance workplace culture and employee engagement. The physical demands of this position are minimal, primarily involving working in an office environment with the flexibility to accommodate individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement human resource strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of employment law, organizational development, and HR technology.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Work is primarily performed in an office setting with accommodations available for candidates with disabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
  • Experience with HR transformation initiatives and change management.
  • Proven track record in strategic workforce planning and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
  • Experience working in multi-site or global organizations.
