About the role

The Head of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing the overall human resources strategy and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role determines, implements, and evaluates HR policies and procedures, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The position requires the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels and make strategic decisions regarding talent acquisition, development, and retention. Responsibilities

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
  • Experience leading organizational change initiatives.
